SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you or phone call by our customer care team will be made to you.Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.
“Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by reputed courier agencies. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day(excluding Sundays and public holidays). At times when the courier partners deny service to your area due to a variety of reasons such as Covid restrictions, natural calamity or simply because the location is too remote, we begin looking for other options or partners to ship your order. In such cases there may be a delay that is not in our control. We normally ship local orders via Delhivery / Ekart / Bluedart / Amazon Shipping / Xpressbees or Speed Post.
You can expect delivery of the order within 4-5 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days”
Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
There are no shipping charges for the orders but Cash on Delivery(COD) charges are there.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA
We ship across the globe and already have customers from over 20 countries. We guarantee you delivery and if the parcel is undelivered due to missing in transit, we will reship a new product to you. We do not have any control over delays due to customs dept of destination country and only in that case the customer needs to connect with local customs to get the product delivered. This is a very rare occurance and mostly the customs may need clarification on the intended use of the product.
The price you pay on this website is only for the product and the shipping to the destination country. The Customs Duty of the destination country is not part of the payment you make on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay the import duty or customs charge is not something that Nutrisage will be responsible to pay. The buyer agrees to pay any charges (such as Import or customs) if any to collect the order shipment.
Once the order is shipped the ordered item well be delivered to you with in 5 to 10 working days.
International Shipping Timeline is 10-15 working days

In case we are unable to process your order within 20 days from the date of placing your order (unless it is a pre-order), we will proceed and cancel the order and refund you the money within 7 business days from the 20th day.
